Hello !!!:)
above all to very many thanks for the comments left for the parfait ..:) I'm really happy:) This cake is to say thank you .. a slice to each of you .. do not think about calories .. but the softness of the sponge cake, the chocolate flavor combined with the almonds. It 's a recipe that I improvised so .. I wanted something good and then I tried to prepare this for me was new, except for the sponge cake now that I'm always with the same recipe for some time:) The only exception I used gluten free flour ..:)

Here are the ingredients:

6 eggs 250 g sugar icing
250 gr flour (I used the gluten-free) 1 pinch
sale1 packet of yeast

100 g white chocolate 150 g chopped almonds 150 g Nutella


Beat eggs with sugar, add the salt, the sifted flour and baking powder. Grease and flour the pan and bake in preheated oven 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once removed, let cool and cut in two the sponge cake. If it is a heavy wet with a little milk, or put together with the nutella crushed almonds. Cover with the top of the sponge. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler and cover the top of the cake pan and add the remaining chopped hazelnuts.
cover the sides and then garnish with another nutella even the surface. From real pastries ..:) ..
well, there is a treat on Sunday ..:) so good lunch:)
