Nougat parfait and chocolate


I love parfaits .. especially at this time it starts to be a bit of hot or when I'm busy with the studio ... I get distracted by eating things so good:)
this parfait I prepared on the occasion of Mother's Day .. :) My mom loves parfaits not for raw eggs .. .. so I had to work hard to make her think again ... and I did ... he did an encore:) So I was even more pleased than me:)
Here are the ingredients: 100 gr nougat (if you want to hear more about the taste abbonadate)
150 gr dark chocolate + coverage

100 g hazelnuts 500 ml double cream
100 g sugar 3 eggs

First, chop the chocolate and nougat. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add sugar to yolks and mix till at beautiful they are frothy, beat the egg whites until stiff and cream. Combine cream and egg whites, blend the egg yolks and then finally the chocolate and nougat with hazelnuts. Pour into the pan and place in freezer for 2 hours.
Remove it and decorate it with more chocolate like I did and put it in the fridge. Remove 10 minutes before serving from the freezer ..:) good taste:)
Yeah I know .. I put too many pictures .. but it's really really good:) and I'm very excited:)
