4 eggs 200 g sugar 200 g butter

200 gr dark chocolate ( 70%) 100 g flour


Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the butter. Blend until creamy smooth. Working with the egg yolks 150 gr sugar, add the chocolate and flour. Whip the egg whites with the remaining 50 grams of sugar and add to the mixture before blending. Grease and flour the pan. Pour the mixture and bake at 180 ° Till the cake is dry.
