Bosch Boost Compensator

maritozzi light with anise

Ingredients:
335 grams of flour (half and half manitoba 00)
2 medium eggs
50 g of sunflower oil
80 grams of water
50 g sugar
4 grams of salt
7 grams of fresh yeast
peel of 1 lemon anise taste
Procedure:
Dissolve yeast in water and add 75 grams of flour taken from the total. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour. As soon as the

They are very light, slightly sweet and very soft inside, outside and have a delicious crust!
