The Dove Sisters Nurzia has arrived! This year I had I make a vague idea of \u200b\u200bthe dove, but now that I have ordered the sisters Nurzia I feel satisfied as if I had created a culinary masterpiece! The thought that some women have returned to work with our orders makes me feel good! Now the challenge is to stand up to Easter and do not eat it first and find a good accompanying sauce that brings out the taste of this marvel!

Another recipe without chocolate eh .. oh well ... is not on vacation would say .. but I am preparing a mega-sweet chocolate then I do not see the time eating ..:) I have your mouth water ..:)
today asked a really good recipe .. even very good because there's bacon and mozzarella for which is crazy .. I think it's best mozzarella ..:) This is the Neapolitan sandwiches. I got the recipe from various blogs and I added my result ..? Great! Try it ..:)
The ingredients are:
400 gr flour 1 / 2 cube yeast
3 pieces of
yeast 100 ml milk 100 ml water
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili
150 grams diced bacon
150 gr mozzarella diced
100 gr diced provolone
grated Parmesan cheese 1
egg Dissolve yeast in milk and add to flour with water, salt and pepper. Work the mixture well and let stand for several hours at room temperature. When ready roll out the dough on a floured surface and place the bacon, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheese. Wrap like a sausage and cut into pieces more or less wide and brush with beaten egg to brown them. Let stand for 5 minutes and turn oven to 180 degrees. Bake for half an hour and serve hot:)

These are my grandmother's meatballs are really good .. very good ... . and so this morning I made with my grandmother gave me some tips ... she wanted to crush the other hand, I've tried to round them ...:) ingredients are ..
1 / 2 kg of minced beef and pork mixed
2 tablespoons milk 2 eggs
2 boiled potatoes 2 boiled carrots salt
pepper 2 tablespoons chopped parsley with garlic bread crumbs

Put each ingredient into the bowl and mix well. Finally put 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs and mix everything well. Whip the egg whites with the remaining 50 grams of sugar and add to the mixture before blending. Grease and flour the pan. Pour the mixture and bake at 180 ° Till the cake is dry. From this photo you can see all my happiness when I see a cake after seeing it in all its .. splendor and fatigue and headaches due to a busy evening college disappears ..:) It was not the first time I tried this cake, the first time the roses were not well risen but the taste was very good ..: D
This time is beautiful and good output .. ..:) had to be a good start for the spring .. but unfortunately today is taken from the cold ..:) Oh well eh .. now there is the cake and eat ..:) that do it without you? Of course not:)
The ingredients are: 500 gr flour
1 glass of warm milk 25 gr yeast (the cube)
3 egg yolks 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons
vegetable oil 1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 lemon or orange peel 1 cup Nutella
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and let stand for about fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, combine the flour, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, salt, lemon or orange zest, oil seeds and finally the milk with yeast. Knead the dough until you have a nice smooth paste and smooth. Form a ball, wrap in a towel and let stand in refrigerator for several hours. Spread the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle making it rise again for another hour and a half. Put Nutella leaving space at the edges, roll and cut it into pieces making it 11/12 on the baking sheet to rise for about two hours. Bake at 150 degrees for about half an hour.
