rice pudding

Ingredients: 400 gr

carnaroli rice.

Three liters of vegetable stock 1 onion

Imburrara a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place a layer of rice (usandone 2 / 3) making sure it adheres well to the edge (help with a wooden spoon), at this point there has been a container of rice, fill with cold sauce, mozzarella and everything that suggests the imagination (see empty refrigerator), at this point, cover with the remaining rice and sprinkle with a dusting of the white sauce back in pangratttato oven at 180 for 30 minutes (or until it forms a nice crust)!

Apple pie


Amazing .. eh .. no chocolate already ..
at home I had some good and beautiful apples with her mother and so we made a huge and beautiful .. tortona doubling the dose of the recipe that we had ..:)
actually a bit of chocolate in the edges of the apple slices I wanted to put Then I opted for the classic versione.Che say? .. really good and soft ... I like eating two beautiful fettozze .. also because there is always fruit so it does not hurt ..: D
who knows if I will bring good luck to the exam tomorrow ... but here's the recipe to delight your palate:)

6 apples

6 eggs 500 g sugar more to seal the final
600 grams of flour 2 packets of yeast

4 dl milk 200 g butter


Melt the butter in a double boiler and let cool.
Beat together the eggs with sugar, add butter, milk, and then the sifted flour in which we have already mixed the yeast also sieved. Line the pan with parchment paper pretty big. Pour the batter. Toblerone Cheesecake


tutteeeeeee Good evening:) I'm back from vacation ..
pretty long .. . id than a month spent in idleness, in food and in the most beautiful cities and beautiful beaches of Croatia ..:) I recommend you go there .. it is a truly amazing place .. very clean, friendly people and welcoming and all costs very little:)
The recipe that I propose today for my return to toblerone cheesecake is made for my 21st birthday .. really good .. finished in a only meal .. Yeah .. now when you see the cheesecake slices are asking a pretty huge and even without thinking about calories ..:) eh oh well .. if something is good there is nothing to do ..: )
I put the toblerone because it tastes really delicious, thanks to the company of nougat:)
here's the recipe:
200 gr 125 gr butter cookies


60 g brown sugar 10 g flour 200 g toblerone dark

200 ml cream philadelphia

200 gr 150 gr ricotta cheese 3 eggs


Chop the biscuits and add the butter previously melted and 30 grams of sugar. Mix well and place on baking tray pressing with a spoon. Place in refrigerator for half an hour.
Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add the remaining sugar and place. Add flour, melted chocolate, ricotta, Philadelphia and 100 ml of whipped cream. Mix well and then mount the egg whites until stiff. Combine above mixture and pour into the biscuit base. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Allow to cool in oven partially open and then out of the oven. When it is cold decorate to your liking.
