Toblerone Cheesecake

pretty long .. . id than a month spent in idleness, in food and in the most beautiful cities and beautiful beaches of Croatia ..:) I recommend you go there .. it is a truly amazing place .. very clean, friendly people and welcoming and all costs very little:)
The recipe that I propose today for my return to toblerone cheesecake is made for my 21st birthday .. really good .. finished in a only meal .. Yeah .. now when you see the cheesecake slices are asking a pretty huge and even without thinking about calories ..:) eh oh well .. if something is good there is nothing to do ..: )
I put the toblerone because it tastes really delicious, thanks to the company of nougat:)
here's the recipe:
200 gr 125 gr butter cookies
60 g brown sugar 10 g flour 200 g toblerone dark
200 ml cream philadelphia
200 gr 150 gr ricotta cheese 3 eggs
Chop the biscuits and add the butter previously melted and 30 grams of sugar. Mix well and place on baking tray pressing with a spoon. Place in refrigerator for half an hour.
Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add the remaining sugar and place. Add flour, melted chocolate, ricotta, Philadelphia and 100 ml of whipped cream. Mix well and then mount the egg whites until stiff. Combine above mixture and pour into the biscuit base. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Allow to cool in oven partially open and then out of the oven. When it is cold decorate to your liking.
