jams between pumpkins and spaghetti with red mullet fillets




simple, fast, e. .. yummy!

brown in a few tablespoons of olive oil and chopped garlic parsley, remove from heat, add a dash of chili powder and red mullet fillets skinned, cut into pieces. Cook gently a few minutes, sprinkle with a little white wine and let evaporate. Add half a ladle of fish stock, salt, add a knob of butter and a handful of pine nuts, to withdraw only slightly. Skip the spaghetti in the sauce and finish with fresh chopped parsley.
