My Dog Keeps Biting At His Back Legs

And here I am finally back here .. I have less time to spend ... and visits to distant relatives, the study tests and another study, out to stay with friends or chores .. not more than 24 hours are enough for me .. even with the odious because mosquitoes delay in bringing the morning I get up to retrieve the lost hours of sleep ..: (This pie or tart , I prepared for my Uncle Rovigo who regularly comes to visit me in June .. eh .. time flies with him .. then I prepared to celebrate the examinations by me and my sister and .. I see the finish line getting closer and closer! dungeon:) ..
also won tickets to a concert by Elisa ..:) Thinking of a future to prepare cake .. any occasion is good to not run out of cake! :)
ingredients are:
For the pastry: 240 gr
3 tablespoons flour
cocoa butter 140 gr sugar 30 gr
3 tablespoons of water Sift flour and add the sifted cocoa and also incorporate the butter cut into pieces. Add water and sugar. Knead, until the mixture will be soft and have on greased baking sheet or cover with parchment paper and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
For the chocolate ganache:
150 gr butter 250 gr sugar 4 eggs
4 tablespoons cocoa powder 160 g dark chocolate 300 ml cream
Melt butter and chocolate separately and then combine all . Mix till at will incorporate a beautiful cream and sugar, cocoa and eggs. Mix again and whip cream. Putting it all together and pour over the pastry to cool and bake for 45 minutes at 160 degrees.
Once cool, decorate as you like:)
What can I tell? Try it .. you will not be disappointed .. especially for chocolate lovers:)
